Camden Place is a 179 home subdivision located in the heart of the "East Cobb" section of Marietta and Cobb County, which is about 20 miles north of downtown Atlanta. Our bedroom community is fifteen minutes from the office complexes of Roswell; 30 minutes from Buckhead or Alpharetta and 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta - during the morning commute.
Most of the homes in our neighborhood were built in the 1990s using the open floor plan concept with many design features that are still popular today.
The subdivision is strategically located within the East Cobb community. A wide variety of retail shopping and restaurants are literally within walking distance with excellent access to major roads and highways. Most importantly for some is our access to some of the finest public schools in the state that include Mount Bethel Elementary, Dickerson Middle School, and Walton High School, the highest rated comprehensive public high school in Georgia.
Our residents enjoy a complete common facility amenity package including a competition-sized pool with six lanes, starting blocks and a diving board, four lighted, well maintained tennis courts, children’s playground, tennis and party pavilion, and a well appointed clubhouse. Camden Place residents take great pride in maintaining their homes and common areas and enjoy a wide variety of social events and recreational activities throughout the year.
